About Us

Tri-County Realty was established in August of 1994 by Larry, Corba and David Dean as a full service brokerage to serve Logan County and the southern sections of Boone and Lincoln Counties.  Our specialty is residential real estate and vacant land. 

Over the last 17 years Tri-County has sold over 600 homes and more than 100 vacant land deals in southern West Virginia.  We handle investment properties and have an investment arm of the business where we buy homes for re-sale and rental.  Tri-County Realty is your one-stop source for all things real estate in Logan Boone and Lincoln Counties.
